Eurocom Technology is a growing, people-led Vodafone franchise business operating across the North of England. Built on strong leadership, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to people, Eurocom has established a reputation for delivering consistently high performance alongside an exceptional workplace culture.


Founded and led by Marc Greenspan, Eurocom combines over two decades of senior telecommunications experience with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to retail execution. Marc’s background spans board-level COO roles and large-scale corporate leadership within the telecoms sector, both internationally and in the UK. This blend of structured governance and practical, frontline understanding shapes everything Eurocom does.


From the outset, Eurocom’s philosophy has been clear: people come first. The business was built on the belief that when teams feel supported, safe, rewarded, and genuinely valued, commercial results follow naturally. This approach has driven rapid improvements in morale, engagement, and performance across every store Eurocom has taken on.


Eurocom’s leadership team is strengthened by two highly experienced Operations Managers, Joanne Galley and Amy Douglas, whose combined experience spans decades within Vodafone. Together, they provide close operational oversight, consistent in-store presence, and strong people leadership across the portfolio.


Eurocom operates as one close-knit, family-oriented business. The culture is often described as “hard work, hard play” — combining high expectations with strong reward, recognition, and enjoyment at work. Commission structures, competitions, game days, and daily recognition sit alongside robust performance management and clear standards.

The business maintains strong Video Mystery Shop (VMS) scores, audit results, and customer feedback, supported by disciplined operational systems that provide real-time visibility of performance across all stores.


Eurocom has also demonstrated its ability to adopt and deliver new Vodafone initiatives effectively, including the successful implementation of Fix & Go in Sunderland reinforcing the business’s reputation as a trusted, capable franchise partner.
